Upcoming Clean Air Challenge Workshops!
(For Grades 6-12 Science Teachers)
Clean Air Challenge Workshops are hands-on training sessions for teachers, by teachers. Most workshops are sponsored by the local Air District in partnership with a local private sector sponsor or an environmental organization. Usually held on Saturdays and 7 hours in length, attendees at each teacher workshop receive the following:
- Breakfast and Lunch
- $100 stipend
- Lab supplies and materials valued at over $700, including a hydrogen fuel cell model car with solar panel
- Professional development hours may be available
